1. Product Description

Marmo Colors offers high-quality paints and coatings, including Stone Paint, which features crushed marble pieces bonded with pure acrylic resin to provide a natural stone-like finish.

2. Sales and Distribution

Marmo Colors products are sold exclusively through our website and the exclusive agents, including Twin Touch, specializing in plaster, cladding, and paints works.

Twin Touch is the exclusive agent of Marmo Colors products.

3. Returns and Refunds

Products cannot be returned or refunded unless they have a manufacturing defect or were damaged during delivery.

If you encounter any issue, please contact us within 7 days of purchase with proof of the defect.

4. Warranty

Marmo Colors products come with a 5-year warranty from the date of application, provided they are applied according to the product guidelines.

Storage Limitation: To ensure optimal performance, products should be stored in their original buckets at temperatures not exceeding 35°C.

The warranty does not cover damages caused by improper storage, misuse, or failure to follow the application instructions.

5. Export Policy

Marmo Colors products are available for sale both locally within the UAE and internationally.

6. Liability

Marmo Colors is not liable for damages resulting from improper use or application of the product. Users must follow all guidelines and instructions provided.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be settled under UAE jurisdiction.
